Voltride is a group of enthusiasts sharing their passion for battery-powered rides, including e-bikes and cargo bikes, electric scooters, electric unicycles, e-skates, e-motos, and similar vehicles. We distribute and sell, service and repair, rent and store, teach and consult, and lobby for the interests of users of light electric mobility.

Our founder, Mart Einpalu, got the idea for a balanced wheel in 2015 while visiting CeBIT in Hannover, Germany. He was drawn to both the fun factor and the function, promising to make a tremendous change in the future of city commuting.

The predecessor of Voltride started in 2016 as a family-owned company, gathering enthusiasts and specialists to attract more people and businesses to the electric lifestyle. The lifestyle of fun and function, or more elegantly, commuters, active riders, and professional users in delivery, tourism, and business operations.

Voltride is among the most prominent players in personal electric mobility in Scandinavia and the Baltic region, serving customers across Europe.

Selling and advising on e-bikes, e-scooters, and electric unicycles (EUCs). Our team members are riders and fans of electric unicycles. They build custom e-bikes, but our combined experience with e-scooters is the longest.

Our service center’s three pillars are electric scooters, electric bikes, and EUC repair. We excel at fast turnaround and high customer satisfaction—our NPS score is 64.

It is primarily built on an extensive spare parts warehouse, best-in-class work processes using custom-developed software, and collaboration with a technical university to access highly qualified specialists. We are certified by Bosch, Fazua, and Shimano as official after-sales partners.

Battery maintenance, repair, and refurbishment, from old battery replacement to volume extension and new battery prototyping and development. This is often combined with our 3D printing and modelling service, serving start-ups, industrial, and service sector customers outside of regular electric mobility.

Maintenance and support services to e-bike and scooter brands and distributors, B2B mobility customers (scooter and e-bike sharing), infrastructure, security, and travel companies using e-mobility as part of their services or internal processes.

Voltride is related to the e-scooter and e-bike brands Gpad and Oolter through its mother company. Voltride is the primary support centre for these two brands, and affiliated companies distribute some others.

We’re committed to our customers throughout the product’s life cycle.
When ordering from our e-store, all EU private customers are entitled to return the product within 14 days of purchase, provided it is in unused condition. In case of an issue covered by warranty, we offer free spare parts or repair the product at our Service Centre.

For any after-sales matters, we can help you either online or by having you bring or ship your product to our Service Center. There, we will handle diagnostics, provide spare parts, and make any necessary fixes.
