We specialize in electric bike maintenance, but we also offer high-quality maintenance for regular and mountain bikes, regardless of the brand. We can help you with all kinds of maintenance and repair work.

We recommend servicing your bike at least twice a year: at the beginning and end of the riding season. In addition, regular maintenance helps to avoid costly repairs and significantly improves road safety.

Electric bike fault detection and diagnostics

In the case of electronic faults in electric bikes, we start with fault detection, after which we can determine the repair process and budget. We also offer electric bike condition assessments (we issue a technical inspection report), pre-sale inspections and repairs or pre-purchase checks, and repair quotes or repair budgets for insurance purposes.

Electric city bikes, folding electric bikes, e-MTBs, e-gravel bikes, e-fat bikes, cargo bikes, courier bikes, and mopeds. We repair bikes with both hub and mid-drive motors, as well as bikes with pedal assist and throttle control.

Electric bike spare parts in stock

Spare parts for electric bikes are available in stock for most models sold by Voltride, or can be delivered within a short period of time. The same applies to bicycle spare parts. Fast Bicycle Repair

If repairs need to be done quickly, we recommend asking us. All electric bike tire work (replacements, repairs) and simpler adjustments, replacements, and repairs are carried out at our Tallinn service center as soon as possible on the same working day, but no later than within two working days (48 hours), provided that the necessary spare parts are available. If there is a queue, you can use our express service for simpler jobs, which guarantees that the work will be done while you wait or the next day if the job comes in after noon. For longer queues, you can book an appointment in advance and bring your bike in for service at the agreed time.

Electric bike warranty repair

Voltride performs warranty repairs on most electric bikes sold in Voltride stores, such as Oolter, Stigo, and others. We also offer warranty repairs for other brands, wholesalers, importers, and merchants who need to provide after-sales warranty service to their customers. We offer a complete solution for this, from sending electric bikes or bicycles for repair to spare parts logistics, storage, and replacement product offerings.
