The answer is Yes!
Yes, we do. We have customers across Europe, and in most countries, we have BNPL or financing solutions by Klarna. Inbank, LHV, Esto, and Holm Bank cover some countries. We work on alternative solutions for the countries that are not covered yet. If you know what financing option we could include in your country, let us know. Read more about our payment options here.
Yes, you can. In addition to PayPal, you can also choose from credit card payments, wire transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and many financing options. We also welcome cash when you visit us in the store. Read more about our payment options here.

Yes, we can. In most cases, the deliveries are already fast enough without paying extra. You can see the average delivery times on the map below. In case of urgency, we have DHL Express as our partner for fast deliveries, which will obviously cost more. Please let us know in your order notes if you need quick delivery, and be prepared to top up your delivery budget.

Yes, we can! Many people on our team use EUC daily and are happy to help you with the first steps. We have had over 100 students in recent years, so we know how it goes. The only limiting factor is that it can happen next to our physical store in Tallinn.
Yes, we have. The short answer is that all private customers from the EU are protected under EU regulations against failures and malfunctions for 2 years if these occur due to the manufacturer’s fault. Some manufacturers offer even more extended warranties. Warranties for batteries and electronics are usually 6-12 months, sometimes 24 months. Voltride provides an optional extended warranty (+1 year) for selected products. Please read more about our warranty policy here.
Yes, we do. We occasionally offer discounts on selected products. If you come in and want to buy more than 1-2 products at once, don’t be shy to ask if we could offer you an extra discount or bonus. Quite often, we can. Please let us know if you prefer to buy from us, but somebody has proposed a better price. We will quickly check and tell you if we can price-match.
Yes, we can. We have many shipping partners across Europe. You only need to provide your vehicle in a package; otherwise, the shipping company cannot accept it.

Yes, but this depends. We do not have this option for all brands and models. To be transparent, we do it on a case-by-case basis. Just ask us!

Yes, absolutely! The general rules in the EU for e-scooters and e-bikes are as follows:
Scooters and other micromobility:
– Speed up to 25km/h (some countries up to 20km/h)
– Power up to 1000W
– No seat allowed for scooters
– Working brake (some countries require 2 brakes and specify maximum braking distance)
