Classic Roadster Charm with Modern Electric Power
Electric bike Riese Müller Swing is a roadster look bike that’s no longer confined to leisurely cycling around town. The Swing heads out on tours, uphill, and down dale.
The smooth riding experience of the powerful Bosch motor is perfected by the sensitive suspension fork and suspension seat post. As you would expect with a traditional roadster, it also has matching baskets for the handlebar and carrier.
The elegant frame design delights the legs and pleases the eye. The frame’s shape is reminiscent of a traditional roadster, while the sensitive suspension fork and seatpost carry you comfortably to your destination.
It powerfully assists you with a 500 Wh carrier battery in conjunction with the seamlessly integrated Bosch motor. The low step-through ensures comfortable handling in urban traffic, while the integrated cabling accentuates its elegant appearance.
Practical – perfect look
The perfectly fitting, optional baskets have been developed with a click system specifically for the Swing.
Sturdy, weatherproof, and with a sophisticated rattan look, they complete the image of a modern roadster.
The front basket holding approximately 12 liters can be loaded with up to 5 kg. The carrier baskets can be fitted to the right, left, or on both sides simultaneously, like panniers.
This leaves the carrier with the MIK system free to be used for other things. Their large storage space of approx. 22 liters was designed to carry shopping bags each weighing up to 7 kg.

The best e-bike depends on your use. Aim for a 50–80 km range, a reliable motor, and practical accessories (lights, racks) for commuting—a mid-drive motor and suspension help for hills or mixed terrain.

Yes, you can pedal an e-bike like a traditional bike when the electronics are off or the battery runs out.
In many EU countries, electric bikes (up to 250 W, pedal-assist) are treated as ordinary bicycles and do not require a license, registration, or insurance. But if your motorcycle exceeds local thresholds (power, speed), different rules may apply. Always check local regulations.
Many modern e-bikes are designed with water-resistant components (IP-rated) and can handle light rain or wet roads. However, to protect electrical parts, avoid submerging connectors, using high-pressure water jets, or riding in heavy downpours.
Yes, you can, but remember that cold temperatures reduce battery range. To care for the battery, store and charge it indoors at room temperature.
The electric bike must not be washed with a pressure washer, especially its electronic parts! If your electric bike is very dirty, we recommend cleaning larger dirt from the tires using water from the hose, avoiding pouring water directly on the motor and battery, and then cleaning the remaining parts of the bike with a damp cloth. Finally, the motor and battery should be dried with a soft cloth. It would also be good to oil the chain afterwards.

DO NOT modify your bicycle or use accessories or additional items not approved by the manufacturer.
DO NOT place your hands or other limbs into operating bike parts, which may cause a serious injury.
Please do not use the e-bike if you believe it is not functioning correctly or might be damaged.

⚠️WARNING! The electric bicycle is subject to stress and wear, as with any mechanical component. Different materials and components age and wear differently. If the expected service life of an element is exceeded, it may break unexpectedly, causing injury to the user. Cracks, scratches, and discoloration indicate that a part under high stress has exceeded its service life and should be replaced. Such latent defects are checked during regular maintenance. At the same time, the user must also watch for such defects and service the wheel if necessary.
