Warranty repairs for new Onewheel products are handled by Future Motion Inc. in Santa Cruz, USA. At Voltride, we assist with:

We stock spare parts for most electric unicycles sold by Voltride, with fast delivery for unavailable items. While not all parts are listed online, our inventory is extensive.

You can always bring your EUC to our service center and we’ll put it in our repair queue.

Courier Service for EUC Repairs

For your convenience, Voltride offers a courier service for those unable to bring their EUC to our service center. A courier will pick up your EUC from your location and deliver it to Voltride for repairs.

Important Guidelines:

• Proper Packaging Required: The EUC must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. Courier companies will not accept unpackaged scooters.
• Booking the Courier: To arrange a courier, please contact our service department at service@voltride.com.

Courier Service Fees within Estonia:

• EUC-s up to 20 kg: €7
• EUC-s over 20 kg: €12
