Helmet TSG Pass 2.0

The TSG Pass 2.0 is a high-performance full-face helmet designed for maximum protection, comfort, and visibility at speed. Developed in collaboration with a downhill skateboard world champion, it combines a compact aerodynamic shell with advanced safety standards to meet the demands of downhill riders, e-bikers, and skateboarders.

Constructed with a hardshell fiberglass outer layer, the Pass 2.0 is certified to both EN 1078 (EU bike/skate) and ASTM F1952 (US downhill MTB) standards, ensuring reliable impact protection. Its innovative manufacturing process compresses multiple shell layers for a stronger yet lighter build and a refined finish.

The helmet is equipped with airflow channels and nose vent ports for ventilation, as well as a removable fogging blocker that prevents visor fogging by directing breath downward. Two spherical curved visors (tinted and clear) with anti-scratch and anti-fog coatings guarantee wide peripheral vision. For comfort and hygiene, the helmet includes a washable comfort liner and removable cheek pads for a personalized fit. Integrated ear slots maintain ambient noise perception, enhancing awareness while riding.
