FAQ sample

What is Pedal-Assist System (PAS)

Most e-bikes use PAS, where the motor provides a power boost when you pedal, increasing your effort to a greater degree.

Can you ride an e-bike without the motor?

Yes, you can pedal an e-bike like a traditional bike when the electronics are off or the battery runs out.

How far can you ride on a single charge?

The range of an e-bike varies from about 50 to 100km, depending on factors such as rider weight, battery capacity, motor power, and terrain.

Can I ride my electric bike when it's raining?

E-bikes are water-resistant, not waterproof, so you should not submerge them in water. Always clean your bike and wipe down the battery contacts after riding in the rain, avoid high-pressure water, and park the bike in a dry place when possible to prevent condensation and ensure long-term durability.

Can I ride my electric bicycle in winter?

Yes, you can, but remember that cold temperatures reduce battery range. To care for the battery, store and charge it indoors at room temperature.

How to clean my e-bike?

The electric bike must not be washed with a pressure washer, especially its electronic parts! If your electric bike is very dirty, we recommend cleaning larger dirt from the tires using water from the hose, avoiding pouring water directly on the motor and battery, and then cleaning the remaining parts of the bike with a damp cloth. Finally, the motor and battery should be dried with a soft cloth. It would also be good to oil the chain afterwards.
