Voltride Online Store – Payment Options

1. Payment Security

All payments made in the Voltride online store are processed through secure and encrypted payment systems. Voltride does not store or have access to the Customer’s full payment card details, banking credentials, or other sensitive payment information.

Payment transactions are protected using industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption and, where applicable, strong customer authentication (SCA), in accordance with applicable payment service regulations.

A Sales Contract is deemed to be concluded in accordance with the Terms and Conditions once payment has been successfully completed or, in the case of financing or deferred payment options, once the financing provider has approved the transaction and confirmed the payment to the Seller.

2. Payment Processing Responsibility

Payment processing is carried out by independent payment service providers. Voltride is not responsible for delays, failures, or errors caused by payment service providers, provided that such issues are outside Voltride’s reasonable control. This does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights.

3. Payment Options (Overview)

During checkout, Customers may choose from the following payment options, subject to availability based on location, order value, technical availability, and the rules of the payment service provider:
• Online bank links
• Payment by Invoice (Bank Transfer)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• PayPal
• Apple Pay and Google Pay
• Revolut

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. Voltride reserves the right to enable, disable, or limit payment methods at any time without prior notice.

3.1. Card and Digital Wallet Payments

Voltride accepts major debit and credit cards. Card payments may also be completed via supported digital wallets, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, where available.

Card and wallet payments are processed by independent payment service providers. Voltride does not receive or store card details.

3.2. Online Banking (Bank Links)

Customers may pay using online bank links provided by supported banks. When selecting this option, the Customer is redirected to their bank’s secure online environment to complete the payment.

3.3. Payment by Invoice (Bank Transfer)

If the Customer selects payment by invoice, Voltride issues an invoice and the Customer completes payment by bank transfer within the time limit stated on the invoice.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Sales Contract enters into force and the Product is dispatched only after the Seller has received the full payment.

3.4. PayPal

Customers may choose to pay via PayPal, subject to PayPal’s availability and terms. PayPal payments are processed directly by PayPal and governed by PayPal’s own terms and privacy policy.

3.5. Revolut

Where available, Customers may pay using Revolut. Revolut payments are processed by Revolut in accordance with its applicable terms and conditions.

4. Financing & Pay Later Options

4.1. General Principles

Deferred payment, instalment payment, and other credit-based payment options are provided by independent third-party financing providers. Voltride does not act as a credit intermediary.

When selecting such a payment option:
• a separate credit or financing agreement is concluded directly between the Customer and the financing provider;
• Voltride is not a lender and is not a party to the credit agreement;
• approval decisions, credit limits, and repayment conditions are determined solely by the financing provider.

If a financing or deferred payment application is declined or cancelled, the Customer may complete the purchase using another available payment method. Until payment is successfully completed, the Sales Contract does not enter into force.

4.2. Financing Options for Consumers in Estonia

Depending on eligibility and order value, the following financing providers may be available at checkout for Consumers in Estonia:
• LHV Finance
• ESTO AS (including white-label instalment solutions branded as “Voltride instalments”)
• Inbank
• Liisi

The exact terms, interest rates, fees, and repayment schedules are determined by the financing provider and are presented to the Customer during checkout before the credit agreement is concluded.

To enable these payment methods, Voltride may share necessary order and contact details with the financing provider for credit assessment purposes, in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.

4.3. Financing and Pay-Later Options for Customers in Other European Countries

For Customers located in certain European countries, deferred payment and instalment options may be available at checkout through independent third-party financing providers, such as Klarna, subject to the provider’s terms and approval.

Available payment methods (such as Pay Now, Pay Later, Pay in 3, or financing) vary by country and are displayed during checkout. Eligibility and credit decisions are made solely by the financing provider.

To enable these payment methods, Voltride may share necessary order and contact details with the financing provider for credit assessment purposes, in accordance with the provider’s privacy policy.

4.4. Important Notes on Financing
• Financing products are financial obligations.
• Customers should carefully review the financing provider’s terms before entering into a credit agreement.
• Voltride does not control financing approvals, credit limits, or repayment conditions.
• Detailed financing terms, including interest rates, fees, total cost of financing, early repayment rights, and repayment conditions, are provided by the financing provider during checkout and in the provider’s own pre-contractual information. Customers are encouraged to review these carefully before entering into a credit agreement.
