The scooter always shows that the battery is either completely empty or completely full

This error often occurs because the battery voltage setting in the P settings on the scooter’s display is incorrect. Instructions on how to correct this can be found in the scooter’s user manual. If the bike settings are correct but the problem persists, then we recommend taking the bike to a service center.

The range of the scooter has decreased significantly compared to before

The battery of the scooter is often the primary suspect when this type of issue occurs. However, it is worth first checking the tire pressure of the scooter. Riding with flat tires significantly increases the rolling resistance of the scooter, which in turn reduces the driving range and can eventually lead to tire failure. On most models of electric scooters the tire pressure should be around 3.0 bar or 45psi. If the tires are fully inflated and the range is still reduced, we recommend taking the bike to a service center.

The handlebar of the scooter wobbles or is loose

If the wobble is caused comes from the scooters folding mechanism, it may be possible to tighten it yourself using the tools that came with the scooter. You will find the relevant instructions in the scooters user manual. However, if this does not help remove the wobble or the if wobble is caused by something other than the folding mechanism, you should bring your bike to our service center.

Your electric scooter has a tire flat tire and I can’t access the tire valve

Many scooters require a valve extension to inflate the tires. This is usually included with the scooter, but if you don’t have one, you can purchase it from our online store.

Courier Service for Electric Scooter Repairs

For your convenience, Voltride offers a courier service for those unable to bring their electric scooter to our service center. A courier will pick up your scooter from your location and deliver it to Voltride for repairs.

Important Guidelines:

• Proper Packaging Required: The scooter must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transport. Courier companies will not accept unpackaged scooters.
• Booking the Courier: To arrange a courier, please contact our service department at service@voltride.com.

Courier Service Fees within Estonia:

• Scooters up to 20 kg: €7
• Scooters over 20 kg: €12

You can always bring your scooter to our service center and we’ll put it in our repair queue.

Yes, we also repair scooters from brands that we do not sell. However, when bringing scooters from other brands in for repairs, please note that we may not have the appropriate spare parts in stock, which means that repairs may take longer if we have to order the parts from overseas. It may also happen that the necessary spare part is not available at all. In such a case, it may not be possible to repair the scooter.
