Shipping within EU

Goods are usually delivered within 3 – 8 working days (after they have been left our warehouse), but after 14 working days at the latest. Delivery charges will be displayed at the checkout. The Buyer will bear the shipping costs, unless the order is qualified for free shipping. Prices shown on our website do not include shipping. In our warehouse, we have more than 15 000 items ready for immediate shipment.

Shipping within Estonia and the Baltics

The products bought from Voltride.com can be be delivered by a courier to your home or you can come and pick up the ordered goods from our store.

Courier service
Most customers use the courier service. The goods can be ordered at home, work or other address where the customer can receive the goods. The goods are delivered by handling over at the front door. Delivery time within Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania is estimately around 1-3 business days. Shipping to islands may be subject to a surcharge.

Parcel machines

Goods can also be conveniently delivered to the nearest parcel machine.

Picking the goods up yourself (only in Estonia)
The customer can pick up the purchased goods at the Voltride dealership at Telliskivi 57D, Tallinn, 10412 on weekdays from 10 am to 6 pm. Products that are out of stock, will be delivered to the store in 1-2 business days after the payment is received on the Voltride account. Once the order is ready for delivery, the customer will be contacted by phone or email. The customer can also inquire about the time of arrival of the goods by calling 600 40 99 or e-mailing customer support info@voltride.com. The goods are issued on the basis of an identity document.
