1. General Shipping Principles
Voltride ships Products from its warehouse in Estonia or from its partners to customers across Europe. Delivery options, delivery times, and shipping costs depend on the destination, the type of Product, and the selected delivery method.
Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before the order is confirmed. Prices shown on the website do not include shipping unless explicitly stated otherwise. The Customer bears the shipping costs unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
Voltride works with multiple trusted courier and freight partners to deliver Products safely and efficiently. The exact delivery method and carrier are selected automatically based on the Product, destination, and delivery conditions.
Available delivery methods for each order are shown during checkout.
2. Delivery Method Availability
Depending on the Product and destination, Voltride may offer:
1. courier delivery (home or workplace);
2. delivery to parcel lockers;
3. store pickup (Estonia only).
Parcel locker delivery is available for Products that fit parcel locker size and weight limits, typically smaller items such as spare parts and accessories. Parcel locker delivery is available in countries where Voltride’s logistics partners support parcel locker services.

Voltride does not currently deliver to:
- Iceland
- Faroe Islands
- Ukraine
- Russia
- Belarus
- Turkey

4. Customs Administration for Non-EU Shipments
Customers located outside the European Union should note that deliveries may involve customs procedures and import formalities, and that post-delivery options such as returns may be limited or unavailable. To cover the administrative work associated with preparing customs documentation, communicating with shipping companies and customs authorities, and in some cases, handling import formalities, Voltride may charge a customs administration fee for non-EU shipments.
This fee covers Voltride’s administrative services only and does not include import duties, VAT, or other charges imposed by customs authorities, which remain the responsibility of the Customer. Any applicable customs administration fee is clearly indicated during checkout before the order is confirmed.
5. Special Note on Shipping to Estonia
Within Estonia, Products can be delivered by courier, to parcel lockers, or collected from the Voltride store.
Typical delivery time within Estonia is 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Store Pickup (Estonia only)
Customers may collect their orders from the Voltride store at:

Products that are not immediately available in-store are usually delivered to the store within 1–2 business days after payment is received. Customers are notified by phone or email once the order is ready for pickup. Goods are issued upon presentation of an identity document.
6. Special Note on Shipping to Norway
Shipping to Norway requires customs clearance and advance payment of import charges. For orders placed by private Customers in Norway, Voltride manages the customs clearance process on the Customer’s behalf from the moment the order is placed in the Voltride online store.
To enable customs clearance, Norwegian import duties, VAT, and related fees must be paid by the Customer in advance, together with the payment for the Product. These charges are collected as a lump sum at checkout. Where an eligible financing option (such as Klarna) is used, the total amount, including customs charges, may be financed as part of the same payment.
To prepare the customs documentation, Voltride may request additional information required by the Norwegian Tax Administration, including personal details such as a personal identification number where applicable.
Once the Product arrives in Norway, Voltride’s shipping partner submits the customs declaration. The Norwegian customs authorities issue the import charges, which are then settled by Voltride using the payment already received from the Customer. After customs clearance is completed, the shipment is released and delivered to the Customer.
Due to the additional documentation, verification, and manual processing involved, orders from Norwegian private Customers are handled through a manual process, which may extend order processing time. Purchases made by Norwegian companies are generally processed more smoothly, as business imports follow a simpler customs procedure.
7. Dispatch Speed and Tracking
From our warehouse, Products usually leave the next business day after the order is confirmed, unless special circumstances apply (e.g. pre-orders, additional pre-delivery check, assembly of accessories, oversized shipments, or transport restrictions).
A tracking code is usually sent within 24–48 hours after the shipment has been collected by the shipping company.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
If you are an EU Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the day you receive the Product, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Voltride offers EU Consumer a voluntary 15-day return policy, allowing Products to be returned within 15 days from receipt, subject to the conditions described below. This voluntary extension does not affect your statutory rights.
This voluntary return policy applies only to EU Consumer. Voltride does not offer voluntary returns to Customers located outside the European Union, due to customs procedures, import/export requirements, and associated administrative and logistical burdens.
Returned Products must:
- be unused and in the same condition as received;
- include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging;
- not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the Product as would be permitted in a physical store.
The Consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the Product resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
Certain Products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with applicable law (e.g. sealed goods for hygiene reasons once opened).
To exercise the right of withdrawal EU-consumer should notify Voltride within the applicable return period by contacting us at info@voltride.com and clearly stating your intention to return the Product.
Further instructions for returning the Product will be provided after your request is received.
Once the returned Product has been received and inspected, Voltride will process the refund in accordance with the Terms & Conditions.
Refunds are generally made using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds and Financing / Pay Later Options
If the Product was purchased using a financing, instalment, or Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) option:
- the refund is handled in cooperation with the financing provider;
- any credit agreement may be adjusted or terminated in accordance with the financing provider’s terms;
- Voltride does not control the refund method or timing applied by the financing provider.
Further details are provided during checkout and in the financing provider’s own terms and pre-contractual information.
Unless otherwise stated in the Terms & Conditions, the Consumer bears the direct cost of returning the Product.
9. Contractual terms
Shipping and delivery are governed by these Shipping Information guidelines and the Voltride Terms and Conditions. Information on Returns & Refunds is provided for informational purposes only. The Terms & Conditions of Voltride form the legally binding agreement and prevail in case of any inconsistency.
